Why SSR was Founded
Having years of experience in the software industry
we understand why managers are frustrated with recruiters who constantly
call and demonstrate their lack of industry knowledge and professionalism.
We strongly believe there is a way to provide a higher level of
service to an industry experiencing rapid growth. Along with a few
others from the software industry SSR was started six years ago
with the simple goal providing the highest level of service possible
through in depth industry knowledge.
Since all SSR Partners have come from the software
industry, we are able to provide clients and candidates greater
insight into the changing marketplace and technology, let them know
whos hot and whos not; and indicate where are the competitive
compensation plans. Our success speaks for itself. In our first
three years we have grown an excess of 300% per year. We represent
companies such as some of the worlds most successful software
companies (including SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft, Net IQ, Parametric
Technologies, Mercury Interactive, and Cognos) to startups.
